Broad spectrum sunscreen, avoid direct sun exposure
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
To avoid sunday burns I would recommend you to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen like photostable sunscreen on the exposed body parts every 4 hours during the day time.
Avoid direct sun exposure and make use of cap, sunglasses, umbrella and stole whenever out in the sun.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
