Take diet rich in fiber, probiotics and healthy fats. Avoid red meat as it triggers constipation.
Take laxatives and stool softeners or natural laxatives. Do regular walking and exercises in the morning and evening.

Hello, welcome to ask a doctor services. I have read your question.
Take sitz bath from time to time before and after bowel movement, to help relax your anal sphincter and also cause healing of the fissures. It helps to reduce swelling, pain, itching and irritation.
Applying topical anesthetic creams such as lidocaine (Xylocaine) on the affected area helps to relieve pain.
You can also apply externally nitroglycerin (Rectiv) ointment. It promotes healing and helps to reduce discomfort. However, side effects may include headache, which can be severe.
Take adequate water and fluids and high fiber diet. Taking water or saline enema is helpful. Taking enemas help to expand the colon and mechanically promote defecation.
