Facial hair maybe related to metabolic disorders (PCOS, etc) and higher levels of male hormones in females. This can be evaluated by signs, symptoms related to menstrual periods, blood blood sugar levels, blood testosterone levels, and pelvic ultrasound. How is your diet and digestion? What all symptoms do you have? What is your weight and height?

You may manage it with waxing (or threading), bleaching and laser treatment.
