Brief Answer:
get transvaginal ultraouns scan done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) 2 early miscarriages suggest probable chromosomal malformations which have lead to miscarriage.

2) Right now i advice immediate transvaginal ultrasoound scan to see the heart beat of baby and any bleeding around the baby.

3) If the baby is still healthy request doctor to give you progesterone injections which will help in supporting pregnancy

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
