Brief Answer:
Rule out allergies, infection before consulting haematologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.

I have gone through your query. Basically eosinophils are cells which increase because some allergic reaction to infection, good, weather, medicines, etc.

In your case you have already taken course of hetrazan which is meant for hidden filarial infestation. Since the counts persists, I will suggest you to analyse your food now - if you have changed oil or exposed to diff diet you should try to go back to old diet.

I will also suggest you to rule out any urinary or Respiratory infection. We should also consider allergies to medicines (if any). Discuss with your treating doctor. Besides, you should take Tab Zentel One Tab to treat any worms in intestine.

Having ruled out above possibilities ,if your count is still high you should consult hematologist for further work up.

My best wishes
Dr.Teli,MD.
