Question: Hi I have been running mumbai half marathon from last 6 years. I wish to improve my run timing and also ensure that with the type of exercise ( I run around 25 kms in a week), do i need to take any supplement to ensure I do not have nutrient deifciency.

I am a vegetarian from eating habit perspective.

I happen to have high body fat percentage of 33 % and considering I do a lot of cardio. I am curious if GERD has been the cause for it or I simply need to take high protein diet.

Ithink you should increase protein in your diet along with lots of water daily.
GERD can be cured by taking an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals.
Following dietary precautions like avoiding spicy and oily foods and avoiding being empty stomach for long periods is helpful to prevent symptoms of GERD.
