Brief Answer:
Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting on HealthCareMagic. Like all other systems of our body, the development of the immune system is progressive and as the age of a child progresses, the immunity develops. It is not unusual for some children to have a tendency to fall ill. We all have the microbes and viruses around us or within us and when the immunity gets depressed, the germs attack and the child gets the disease. Usually such infections are limited to viral diseases like common cold.

You need not assume that your child has low immunity. There is no requirement of any tests for the same. In order to remain healthy, a healthy lifestyle is needed.

Although there are no direct methods to boost the immunity, there are certain things that you can do to keep your child healthy and avoid falling ill.
1. Proper and healthy diet with more fruits and vegetables like carrots, green beans, oranges, strawberries along with green leafy vegetables rich in fibre content.
2. Give curd/yogurt which contain healthy microbes like lactobacillus.
3. Getting enough good sleep is very important
4. Exercise and proper play habits keep the body healthy
5. Reduce secondhand smoke especially at home
6. Maintaining proper hygiene helps you to keep the germs from spreading and naturally prevent her from falling ill.

Hope that maintaining the above points will help your child cope better with the environment. Feel free to revert back in case of further queries if any.
