Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
See, basically in PCOD, it is important to go through follicular monitoring.
WIth PCOD generally, the ovulation is unpredictable and erratic.
Ovulation occurs when the egg size reaches 18 - 22mm, and that is when the egg ruptures.
SOmetimes in PCOD, it might not happen naturally, you would need the help of HCG injections to trigger ovulation when the egg reaches the proper size.
Your LMP was 3rd of May, so you had scanning on day 11 ( may 13 ) and day 14 ( may 16 ) of your cycle.
I need the exact size of the follicle that was measured on those days.
Generally what is your cycle length ?
Also, if you have regular 28 day cycles, you would ovulate around day 14.
Otherwise, with PCOD, it is impossible to say when you would ovulate without sequential follicular study.
Right now you are on cycle day 25, you should mostly have ovulated by now.
You should have continued follicular study till ovulation got confirmed.
You can even get it done now to see what is the status.
You should take a pregnancy test 2 weeks after ovulation was confirmed on ultrasound scanning.
All the best
