Question : if on market i can find alternate for strips for measure level of sugar in blood for example watch or eyes contact

dear I can understand your concern
to measure blood glucose venous blood is best
next to venous blood glucometers which utilize capillary blood are good but will give 10-15% error
threre is some research in designing glucowatch which can measure your glucose by contact with skin.
next advance thing is called CGMS which can measure glucose by a small needle inside your skin but it works only for 7 days after that we need to change the sensor and it's expensive.
measuring glucose with contact lense is still in development phase
