Question : My 6 months old baby fell off from bed yesterday morning. And it had been 24 hours since her fall with no sign of vomitting, fit or swollen/bruises. She behaves normal and eats well plays well. Is there any possibility of internal bleeding? What should i look out for to determine she is all fine and healthy?

There is no cause for concern

Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX
One or two episodes of vomiting is quite common in infant who has sustained injury . As your baby is absolutely fine with no vomiting, loss of consciousness and abnormal the probability of any significant internal bleeding is unlikely.
If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern
1. Baby is accepting feeds well
2. Baby is playful
3. No other significant external injury
4. Baby sleeps well after feed
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
