Virginity can be considered when you never had penetrated sex and can be examined through vaginal examination but if hymen is not intact and you never had penetrated sex then it may also considered as a intact virginity.
So over all there is no clear cut way to determined virginity.

I mastrubate daily for 4 years without penetration.....so I'm scared whether hymen would've ruptured.....r there possibilities for that.....

Hymen can not be rupture if masturbate without penetration but it can be rupture due to other causes like horse riding, use of tampoon and other games activities.

thanks a lot Dr......but when I went through surfing....a lot of websites confirmed that......regular masturbation's will definitely lead to tear or hymen rupture.......I do get frequent cervicitis.......

If you are inserting something inside the vagina then it may cause hymen rupture but mustarbation with finger does not cause hymen rupture.
Cervicitis cause by infection.
