Thanks for posting your query. I will be glad to be of assistance.

Acne is a distressing condition and the marks it leaves can be quite stressful.

I hope you have not been picking up on any of the lesions as that will lead to XXXXXXX scars and pigmentation.

To treat the acne marks you need to apply glycolic acid cream 6% on alternate nights and tretinoin cream 0.025% on alternate nights.

The application has to be on full face for 2 hours, after which you can wash off with water.

Application of a sunscreen with SPF 30 thrice a day will be further helpful.
