Acne black marks go away with time in few months.
If there are not too many marks, thennothing should be done.
In case you have many marks, then dermatologist may sggest skin lightening creams like kojic acid or maybe some skin peeling like sulphur or salicylic acid preparations. But these preparations can also cause skin sensitivity.
