Question : i am 40 yrs now. i have already 2 kids and and had my family planning operation done. i missed my period after 5 yrs.is it possible for a conception now ?

It is unlikely that it is pregnancy and is most likely the perimenopausal transition.
But still to be on safer side do a Urine pregnancy test and if negative then nothing to worry.
Just wait for your periods.
