Thanks for the query.

You should not be worried about pregnancy. Whatever happened was done.
First I suggest you get urine pregnancy test done tomorrow morning first sample urine. If it is negative repeat it after two more days. If it is negative you should not be worried about pregnancy.
Suppose either of it is positive please see a doctor for confirmatory scan.
If you do not want pregnancy you should have taken contraception pills available freely in the market.
