Question : How to make sure that the product is completely removed after taking M T PILL KIT. And it's safe to conceive in future as well as what food or method is recommended to naturally abort if possible.

And after full expulsion bleeding minimizes and eventually stops in 3-7 days.
Get an ultrasound done after 15 days to ensure complete expulsion.
Yes it is safe usually if taken under supervision and there occurs no problem with further conception.
There are no food items with surity of abortion process and thus should not rely on them for dealing with unwanted pregnancy.

Thanks doctor, one more thing is anoxicillin for infection and loratab or Ibrufane as painkiller can be taken after using the M T PILL kit
