Most probably its aborted. Nausea vomiting may be due to drugs. Slight Bleeding may continue for around to weeks. Go for ultrasound after two weeks to confirm.

Mam still am confused.pls help me.yesterday i took misoprostal tab,within 1 hour bleeding started..normal bleeding only not heavy bleeding and then i got sympt like nausea diahrroea and stomach pain also.whether it is completely aborted or not.Till now i didnt get any bleeding and stomach pain also...is there any problm? can i take urine test for preganancy tommorrow..whether it is aborted or not...pls guide me mam..when can i get next period?

I can understand your concerns,
There is no use of urine pregnancy test because it comes positive even after 3-4weeks of abortion.
Abortion process takes 2weeks.you will experience passing of sac like products(fetus in sac) along with bleeding.so need not to worry.
Bleeding may not necessarily be heavy. There is no problem if you are not experiencing pain and bleeding now.
I advice you to go for ultrasound after 2weeks to confirm complete abortion.
