Question : Have not taken Carleton for three days how do I start taking again? Xarelto ?

To start taking RIVAROXABAN (XARELTO) mouthful special is a pure-requisite. Ask your physician to keep an eye on INR LEVELS that needs to be below 3.
Make sure there is no active bleeding to the patient at the time of starting the medications.
