How To Control Blood Sugar?

Question: I have been feeling as if a thin layer or film is surrounding my toes and pad like feeling on the soles just under the toe region of feet. Not the whole feet . I have no other issues except this.
First i was advised vitamin b12 supplements aa vitamin b-12 was low .
My average blood sugar levels are between 6..0 to 6.8 as i am trying to control through diet alone . I am pretty active as i play tennis daily . But whenever I sit this pad like feeling and weird feeling is always there . Also when i scratch between my big toe and next toe i feel less sensation ..rest of the toes it is ok
Apart from this problem i have absolutely no other issue. I don't feel tired, my appetite is normal my frequency of urination is normal .
I am very active physically. I have consulted on previous occasions tried b12 vit d.
My last avg blood sugar level was 6.6 and 143 taken 1 month back

Since when have you been diabetic ?
Do you see any colour change underneath the toes?
Do you feel numbness or tingling sensation in the toes ?

59 years old
No color change below toes
But toes feel heavy especially after sleep
I don't feel numbenss but scratch feel is less between big toe and next one
Detected diabeteic inn2019 but controlled thru diet

With the history you provided, i suspect it to be due to neuropathy secondary to either diabetes or Vitamin B12 deficiency.

I suggest you to consume vitamin B12 supplements and observe for resolution.

Tab VItagreat M one tab in the morning after breakfast for not more than a month. In case this does not help, you may have to consult a doctor for a detailed examination of the toes for a better diagnosis.
