Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Premature graying of hair could be due to hereditary factors, thyroid disorders, nutritional deficiencies, stress and smoking.

As far as nutritional factors are concerned, deficiency of protein, vitamin B 12, folic acid, iron ,iodine, copper, selenium, pantothenic acid, biotin etc is said to have a contributory role.

So to prevent premature graying,
Avoid smoking
Do regular exercises to decrease stress
Taking supplements like follihair, keraglow etc might help as these contain all the required supplements for hair
As far as diet is concerned taking whole grain, milk, yogurt, liver, lean meats, sea food, sprouts, XXXXXXX leafy vegetables, orange colored fruits, berries, nuts, sunflower seeds etc may help as these supplement with all the hair friendly nutrients.

Hope that answers your query. Take care.
