Brief Answer:
An ultrasound is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi
Good evening! How are you?

Thanks for your valuable information.

After having gone through the attached lab results, I am of the opinion that you need to consult a general surgeon to rule out the diseases of pancreas or gall bladder as from your history the pain aggravates after taking the spicy food is suggestive of biliary colic (apparently due to ?gall stones).
An ultrasound will detect these two possibilities.
And the remedy depends upon the detection of underlying cause.

Meanwhile take some PPI drug like Pantoprazole for your pain abdomen.

Hope the suggestion given above could be of use to seek proper treatment.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Kindly repeat the tests again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you do not have symptoms like severe abdominal pain, vomiting, etc.
As I had asked whether you suffer from enlargement of parotid gland (inflammation of salivary glands and pancreas) which is associated with viral infection like Mumps, there may be a possibility of the infection if you have the painful swelling of the salivary gland.

As rightly suggested by your surgeon, repeat the tests (including lipase), CBC, an ultrasound to rule out any disease involving pancreas, etc.

Wishing you a very good health.
