Question : My dosage of levothyroxine was changed by pharmacy from mcg to mg and want to be sure dosage is what dr ordered

The question framed is incomplete, however I guess you asked about conversion to check out you are not getting the wrong dose.

Levothyroxine is available in mcg. In terms of mg you have to devide it by 1000...for example, 75 mcg of levothyroxine is equal to. 075 mg of the same..
