Brief Answer:
CBT gives good results; Drug therapy is last option

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir.Thanks for your query.

Yes, sex addiction such as pornography can be treated.I would want you to get in touch with a mental health professional, like a psychologist or licensed social worker. They will help you address some of the underlying factors that are maintaining your sex or porn addiction, and teach you to cope with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a healthy way.

Couple of treatment option that I would recommend are:
Individual therapy - 30-60 minute sessions with a certified mental health professional, focused on your sexually compulsive behaviors.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - works to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts and self-talk.

However these can be discussed with the professional in person.Drug therapy is sought only as last option.CBT is known to give positive results.

Kindly feel free to ask any further queries you may have.

Regards
Dr.Praveen
