Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query, i would suggest you to take the following medicines:
Tab. Azithromycin 500mg 1-0-0 * 3 days
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 *5 days
Syp. Ascoril 10 ml twice a day for 3 days
Steam inhalation with a drop of eucalyptus oil
Salt water gargling three times a day after food.
Adequate fluids and rest.
