Brief Answer:
call psychiatrist for home visit, she needs treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.I can understand your situation.

I am little bit surprised that even after 8 years of problem she has been not treated.

From your very well narrated history it seems that she is likely suffering from bipolar disorder. Other possibilities to be ruled out are some neurological problem or temporal epilepsy.

I can understand that she would not be ready to consult doctor. In that case you need to consult psychiatrist and let the doctor know abut her problem in details. Then doctor can come for home visit. Or else she can be treated forcefully according to laws when she is behaving in a manner when she can harm herself or other.

Psychiatrist can give different options to you after detail history and assessments. These include long acting depot injections, mouth dissolving medicines which can be given in food also or electro convulsive therapy(ECT).

Hope this answer will help. I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
