Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query and i can understand your concern.
You have posted this query with good english.Need to be appreciated. So dont worry
If you feel nervous and are afraid of making a mistake while speaking English, then your problem is confidence. There are three things that can help increase your confidence:

First, don’t worry too much about grammar! Just do your best to communicate, and you’ll often be successful even if you do make a small grammar mistake. Also, remember that the grammar of spoken English is often more “flexible” than the grammar of written English.

Second, keep a positive attitude. Think of yourself as an English speaker (because you are!) and focus on celebrating what you know, not being frustrated about what you don’t know.

Third, practice speaking English as much as possible in low-pressure situations. Here are two examples of low-pressure situations: Talk to yourself! It might feel ridiculous, but it really helps! Talk to your family members and your close friends in home, work place. If you make a mistake, they can correct you. It’s extremely important to practice in low-pressure situations as much as possible to build your confidence so that you will be comfortable speaking English in a more “high-pressure” situation.
Be confident and move ahead, Don't hesitate.Dont give up
If you have any doubt you are most welcome, otherwise kindly close the thread and rate it.

Brief Answer:
Have confidence and go ahead

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks again for writing and sorry for the delayed response.

Every problem can be solved. It should be solved by yourself.

Well, you can already write beautiful sentences. You memorized hundreds of vocabulary words.

Keep trying. Dont give up.

When you can read and write such English with such good vocabulary, y cant you speak ?Just challenge yourself.

Your problem is only because of lack of confidence in you and lack of communication from you.

To improve your spoken English, the best thing to do is to talk with a native speaker.

The solution is to think in English.
You can do this anywhere, anytime. Try to use English when you’re thinking about your day, or when you’re trying to decide what food to order. Even try to use an English to English dictionary to look up words. That way you never have to use your native language and translate words. You’ll notice that when you think in English, it’s easier for you to speak in English.

Whenever you’re at home (or alone somewhere else) you can practice your English with your favorite person: yourself.

If you’re already thinking in English, try speaking your thoughts out loud. Read out loud, too. Practice is practice, and even if you don’t have anyone to correct your mistakes, just the act of speaking out loud will help you become more comfortable speaking English.

Whenever you can, take a few minutes out of your day to stand in front of the mirror and speak. Choose a topic, set a timer for 2 or 3 minutes and just talk.

Focus on fluency, not grammar

Do you watch TV shows or YouTube videos in English? Use them to improve your fluency. Choose a short part of a show and repeat it line by line. Try to match the tone, speed and even the accent (if you can). It doesn’t matter if you miss a few words, the important thing is to keep talking. Try to sound just like the native speakers on the show.

All the best
Thank you
Take care
