How To Detect Ovulation Date?
Question: Hello,Dr. I'm trying to conceive from last 6months,my Dr.advised me to take siphene 100.my last period was started on 22.06.2015 and I have started siphene 100 from 3rd day of period i.e from 24.06.2015 to 28.06.2015 and my Dr.has given me dates to try from 03.07.2015 to 07.07.2015.but I'm in confusion when does I exactly ovulate.please help me out Dr.when does I ovulate I want to get pregnancy this time.please tell me when do I ovulate and when is the best time.

Hi,
Your doctor is right in giving siphene. This will cause follicular development and ovulation.
There are 2 methods to detect ovulation:
1. Best way is to undergo follicular growth scan to identify development of largest follicle and the best time to try accordingly.
2. Ovulation detection strips are available in market which detect ovulation. You can try with them if you don't wish follicular growth scan.

Hello Dr,
I am checking my temperature every morning same time.As per my temp,I have ovulated on 8th jul,I am 6dpo by today,and temp dip fr .4 deg.I hv lil symptoms like some times in a day tiredness,I have sore nipples from couple of days,I don't sweat much normally but nw even ac is running all the night I was felling suffucating,my right nipple is painful than left when touch,couple of days before I felt metallic taste through out day.I hv back pains too.
I am so confused,Dr.plz help me out,am I pregnant? When can I test HPT?we r trying to get pregnant,is this a good sign.
