Brief Answer:
COMPLETELY NORMAL REPORT

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
I have reviewed the TORCH report. It is completely normal. Positive IgG means that your wife has the immunity against that particular nfection and is unlikely to get that infection again. It is a good sign. Pregnancy is normal in such situations and no medicine is required.
The discharge summary is however not uploaded.

Actually delivery doctor advised that rubella impacts baby eyes and another virus impacts brain. please review the discharge summary attached here and suggest whether we can go ahead for next pregnancy and any other cautions we have to follow during pregnancy period.

Brief Answer:
Can plan the next pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the discharge summary.
Corneal opacity in the baby can be because of various reasons including rubella infection. However, in such case the rubella IgM is positive, indicating of active infection in the body.
Positive IgG of any infection means that the body is immune to that infection, and that infection cannot occur in the body.
It is unlikely that any infection had caused any damage to the fetus.
You can very well, plan the next pregnancy.
