my cycle was december 16 to 21 it was regular and I don't have my ultrasound pic right now but it's say My due date is September 28 and im exactly 19 nd 7 days

On 1st Sexual encounter (21st December), you CAN'T be pregnant as you were on period on that day and ovulation DIDN'T take place. Therefore, FIRST GUY will NOT BE the father of growing baby.

On 2nd Sexual encounter (28th December), you BECAME pregnant as that day was CLOSE to your ovulation or fertile day and there was HIGHEST chance of pregnancy. Therefore, SECOND GUY will be the FATHER of growing baby in my opinion.

If you have any doubt regarding paternity of the growing baby, you can undergo one DNA test to confirm. It is 100% reliable test.

I really ended my period late night of the 20th so thats to the 21st so does the 28 add up to my dute date of the baby

Expected Date of Delivery (EDD) is calculated from D1 of last menstrual cycle (i.e 16th Dec in your case) and NOT from the ending day of period (21st Dec).

I did tell them that my period was on 16 of December but ultrasound edd is still September 28

Your original EDD is 23rd September (calculated from Last Period date). However, ultrasound EDD may differ up to ONE week from original EDD in the early weeks of pregnancy. It is considered as NORMAL because ultrasound scan gives gross fetal maturity at the time of scanning and estimate EDD on the basis of that.
