Question : Which test is recommended to determine deficiency /adequacy of all vitamins and minerals? I suffer from fibromyalgia syndrome and some one suggested Nutralite vitamin/mineral supplement. Before I take it I want to determine if I am deficient in any vitamins/minerals.I have type 2 diabetes

See there is many minerals and nearly 12-14 vitamins present in human body. You don't need to get tested for all of these . Get the following tests done , that will be sufficient.
Serum Vitamin B12, Serum D3, RBC transketolase levels, Serum calcium, serum sodium, serum potassium, serum phosphorus and serum Magnesium.
Give the test before you start Nutrilite. Also revert back with reports.
