How To Determine Fertile Window?
Question: Hi,
We are planning to have a baby. Could you please suggest the fertility window of my wife and how frequently we should try during fertile window.
First day of this month's cycle for her was 9th July 2015.
She was suffering from PCOD for last one year and she is on medication since then. (Age - 29 years). The medicines are as follows:
Bigomet SR500 - 1 tablet daily
B-LongF - Daily - 1 tablet daily
Cabgolin 0.25 - 1 tablet weekly
Her cycles last for only 3 days and frequency is between 25-30 days now. So, I have 2 queries:
1. When shall we try for baby this month based on fertility window?
2. Any precautions/suggestions considering she is suffering from PCOD?

your wife should continue the medicines , it will increase the chances of conception.
Regular Alternate day intercourse between 19th and 27 th july will have the maximum chances of conceiving .
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath her buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside her vagina for a longer time.
2) she should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case she has regular cycles.
I hope these measures will help you in conception in near future.

Also, one more query....My wife is having stomach ache for past one week and was having fever and loose motions on friday (3rd July). She took a calpol and Notflox TZ on friday night and was fine on Saturday morning. But stomach ache is still there. She took zinetac twice for 2 days and Cyclopam for 2 days.
And then after this, she took Pantop D twice for next 5 days and Norflox TZ for 3 days as suggested by doctor. But she is still having gas and stomach ache problem.
She continued her PCOD medicines along with these medicines. Was it OK?
The problem still persists though with a lesser intensity. Any other suggestions if you have which can help her improve.

Also take sporolac tablet three times a day along and increase curd intake.

The condition of my wife was not getting better hence we visited a general surgeon on 16th July and he suggested to go for ultrasound.
Today we went for her ultrasound and the doctor told that she is having multiple stones of 6-8 mm in her gall bladder.
I have following queries:
1. What are the options to cure gall bladder stones?
2. As we were planning to have a baby so what do you suggest in these circumstances?
3. Any dietary precautions for her.

Only cure is removal of the gall bladder along with stones in case they cause pain or get infected.
In current situation her symptoms are just mild food poisoning ones and not due to stones most likely but still discuss with the surgeon about this.
In case he feels this is all due to gall stones then better get it removed before getting pregnant.
Also till then she should avoid fatty foods as much as possible and take carbohydrates instead.
Ask her to take a lot of water and small meals at frequent intervals.
