Question : My partner and I are trying to conceive. If a dominant follicle on my left ovary was identified by ultrasound 3 days ago, when am I most likely to ovulate?
Brief Answer:
You would have ovulated yesterday
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand you wish to know when would you ovulate if dominant follicle was seen 3 days back.
Ovulation occurs 36 hours after dominant follicle was seen. Hence you would have ovulated yesterday.
You have sexual intercourse daily for next 3days. You have good chances of pregnancy.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
