Brief Answer:
structural cause of abortion must be sought for.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Sorry for the late response.

The determination of cause of miscarriage is important.
You have had 3 miscarriages in past.

Parental chromosome testing (karyogram) is generally recommended after 2 or 3 pregnancy losses.

Blood tests for thrombophilia, ovarian function, thyroid function and diabetes should be performed.

You have mentioned that all your blood work came normal.
Can you please upload the reports?

If the blood work is normal, then structural anomalies of uterus and cervical incompetence must be ruled out.
Have you undergone transvaginal ultrasound or any other investigations for this?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.
