How To Determine Ovulation Dates?

Question : Clearblue fertility monitor shows high from day 6 and then right through my cycle. This is the 2nd month of using it. Does this mean I don't ovulate? Blood tests have shown I do ovulate but wondering why Clearblue fertility monitor isn't working for me?My cycles are 27 days regular the last 2 months other months be between 27 and 32 days
