Question : Im a mother of 2 boys and now im planing to get pregant after my coming period. Can you please help me to know which days are best to have unprotected sex to get pregnant??
My last 3 cycles are:
15/11/15
16/12/15
14/1/16
And how frequent sex is needed to get pregnant ?

Thanks for writing to is with your Health query . 10 th to 18 th day from the start of your period is considered to be fertile period Which comes to around 24 th XXXXXXX to 2nd Feb in your case . alternate day intercourse increases the chances of conception. try to have intercourse in missionary position. take rest for 30 min after intercourse and place a pillow under your hips after the act . Altenate day inrercourse is advised as the sperm concentration increases in Semen. Donot take alcohol and start taking folic acid tablets. I hope you found the answer helpful. My husband is always using cyteal vaginal douch washing before intercourse to clean his penus.
