Question : no one knows how far i am in pregnancy. my last hcg was 4000 a sac is present but i am fearful that a week to wait for an ultrasound may not be enough time.

I understand your anxiety about the issue.
I have seen the attached reports and glad to inform you that since the sac is good and regular chances of healthy pregnancy on repeat ultrasound are good.
But still visualisation of feral node and heart activity is very important.
So get a repeat scan after 7-10 days and I hope everything will be fine.
Till then take rest and avoid exertion.
