How To Determine The Date Of Conception?

Question: Im 6 weeks pregnant on the 9 march after taken ultrasound scan. I took another ultrascan on 14 march it says im 6 week plus pregnant. When do I conceive? My last period was on the 28 january but that was not normal period. Its spotting. I also took emergency pill on December and im on hair vitamins for 6 months . My last period on December was on the 14th. I was supposed to get my vaccine taken for hepatitis B on December but i didnt went to take it. Can this also makes my hormones wild? I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend on whole of December till 2nd January. Long distance relationship. We met again and had sexual intercourse starting from 19th February till March. He is saying the pregnancy was not his. I only had sexual intercourse with him for the past 8 months. Please advise me, I need help on this.

A 6 weeks pregnancy on 9th March means you conceived after 10th Feb. It can happen due to the intercourse you had on 19th Feb. Usually, the conception happens 2 weeks after the date of last periods. Hormones are usually not affected by vaccines. No need to worry.
