Brief Answer:
Tape worms

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

If the stools sample and imaging came back as negative then there are two things that can help you diagnose

1. Complete blood count to look for eosinophilia ( increase in eosinophils)
2. Colonoscopy for direct visualization of the worms
3. Also if you think 20 worms came till your anal surface then please ask your doctor for something called as the tape test, it is highly diagnostic of tape worms

I understand how debilitating this could be. Please get back to me for any further queries

Brief Answer:
Cysticercosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Hydatid cyst can form in the body especially after eating under cooked pork or beef. Albendazole is the treatment of choice but it is unnecessary to treat without evidence.
Get a CT scan of the abdomen, brain and chest. These the ares where cysts form

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I know you have had CT scans done, so I have mentioned in my previous post on how to go about diagnosing it. Please go ahead and get it done.

It is very rarely fatal, since your scans are normal you dont have to worry about fatality secondary to cysts but they do cause loss of appetite and very frequently they cause anemia as well.

Hello

Thanks for getting back

I am sorry, I dont know whether or not it can be found around northwest Missouri but I can tell that if you eat out a lot and if you have ever eaten under cooked red meat then you are susceptible to worm infestation. Recent reports have shown that strict vegetarians too get these cystic infections.

You are dealing with an infection which can be easily treated with oral anti parastic medication.
