LFT - liver function test, Ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr. Ganesh.

1.If any liver pathology is suspected an LFT - liver function test ( blood test) there are few parameters suggest possible pathologies.

2.Albumin, Globulin, ALT,alkaline phosphate and bilirubin are some parameters each individual indicated possible pathologies.

3.The best and cheap non invasive investigation of choice for liver evaluation is Ultrasound scan. Ultrasound will give size of the liver - if it is enlarged or not, Its parenchyma changes, Bile ducts status, vascular evaluation, gall bladder, portal vein status.

4.Cure can be explained - depending on what you are suffering from.

5.Diet - avoid fat-food, junk,spicy,alcohol. Take more of healthy food - more of salads, fruits, proteins and vitamin contents, finer diet. That will help. Good luck
