Brief Answer: heart attack -chest pain is unbearable Detailed Answer: Hello, In heart attack, you would have a chest pain that is unbearable, excruciating, very scaring to death, along with shortness and difficulty in breathing. In anxiety, you only feel the mental worry. These is no chest pain as such. There is no much difficulty in breathing as well here.
