How To Differentiate Between A Yeast Infection And Chlamydia Infection?

Question: had chlamydia and then was put on antibiotics, took another test and it came back negative. about mid way through my antibiotics i noticed that i had a yeast infection but also with that ive noticed that ive had the same symptoms i had with chlamydia- discharge and it has an odor just not as potent as before. is this from the yeast infection or am i not cured?
Brief Answer:
Only A VAGINAL SWAB will tell.

While on antibiotics it is common to have a superimposed yeast infection, because antibiotics deplete normal vaginal flora.
Differentiating between a yeast infection and a recurrent / persistent chlamydia infection is possible only based on a vaginal swab.
Symptoms of vaginal infections overlap, it is impossible to pinpoint the infection without a specific test.
Chlamydia too is notorious for recurrence, if your partner too was not thoroughly treated, chances are you may have got it back.
Please have a vaginal swab test to diagnose the exact problem.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

im not sure if this is too vulgar and if so i am so sorry but this is what my discharge is looking like right now. granted i did put the yeast infection medicine in earlier but why is it a tinted red? there seems to be a lot of yeast too. i did have sex with a new partner the other night and the condom broke is it possible to start showing symptoms while youre just getting off the antibiotic?
Brief Answer:
HAVE A REPEAT EVALUATION TO CONFIRM.
Detailed Answer:
It is not at all vulgar, relax.
I am here to be able to help you, so it is perfectly okay to send the pic.
However, it is not clear and would not give me a fair idea because the discharge dries up on exposure to air, not resembling original discharge.
Red tints or spots often accompany infectious discharge.
A new partner might have given you a new infection, another possibility.
Yes, even while on antibiotics, you can develop a yeast infection.
Do not self medicate, have a repeat evaluation and proceed accordingly.
Take care.
