The test you did shows total antibodies which means Igm and igg antibodies together.
To check if if it is a current infection or not you may need to test igm and igg separately.
If igm are high and you didn't had a shot before it shows acute infection.
If you had a shot before and igg are high it shows but igm are negative it means vaccine immunity.
