Question : I am 60. upper jaw teeth iam getting extracted,is it possible to get teeth fixed

Before being able to answer your question, I would need to know the cause behind your wanting to get your teeth extracted. There is a process called root canal treatment where the tooth is retained. However in that case, the inner pulp is sealed off and an outer crown in placed in order to protect the tooth. That could be a way to fix the teeth.
