Brief Answer:
Confirm the pregnancy first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If she had her last period on 7th September then she is not likely to be diagnosed as pregnant so soon. It is best to get her pregnancy test done and see if she is pregnant or not. To get a positive test her periods have to be overdue.
In case the test comes positive then abortion with the help of pills is possible.
The pills may sometimes leads to severe bleeding, retained product of conception and infection. In my opinion you should go and consult an expert or a doctor for your problem. First you should confirm the site and exact week of pregnancy by ultrasonography. Then you can take abortion pills as prescribed by your doctor.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
