                                            Question : Hi,
Currently I am going through a deep depression and my sleeps are going very bad. I am not getting sleep before 3 to 4 AM. This makes my morning very discomfort. How can I get a full sleep? During the sleep, I feel very discomfort and wake very frequently. Always some thing will go through my brain like some thoughts. I try to escape from those thoughts but unable to do. Can you help me to get rid from this? Also how can I get a very deep sleep? Even due to this sometime I feel some pain in my brain. I showed to Neurologist and done the brain scanning. But nothing was their.

Thanks for your query.
Try to get engaged in some sort of exercise in the evening times and consume food rich in protein for dinner. This will increase the sedation and help you have a sound sleep.
If you are mentally disturbed or stressed out then you may have to consult a Psychiatrist who can counsel you and identify the cause for your sleeplessness.
he may also advice you a sedative if needed.
