How To Get Hard Erections?

Question: Hi Doc ,
I am 43 years old healthy male and have a healthy sexual life .I get good erection ,however the quality of erection is not good .I mean the erection is not that tight and hard ,what I want it to be .
Can I use some medicine which improves blood flow and help in hard and long erection.

Kindly suggest .
