Question : Hi. I had a small melanoma on my right forearm and had it removed 9 months ago. I just found a lump in the crook of my arm. What doctor should I go to? Should I be very concerned?

Brief Answer:
Biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since you had a previous history of melanoma on your right forearm which was removed 9 months ago and now you are having lump in crook of your arm you should go and meet an oncologist.

Since in melanoma chances of recurrence is high I would suggest you do a biopsy test from the lump to rule out malignancy.
Hope I have answered your query.

DR De
