                                            Thank you for the query.
Your symptoms can be caused by several diseases. Feeling bloated and have cramps after a food can be a symptom of partial bowel obstruction due to some large intestine disease. If you have had also constipations or diarrheas, blood in stool, this is quite probable.
Upper middle abdominal pain after a meal, heartburn can be caused by peptic ulcers or acid reflux disease. Gallstones are also possible.
Shortness of breath should be always checked with heart condition and lungs diseases (asthma very often is associated with acid reflux disease).
It is advisable for you to have some diagnostics. Abdominal ultrasound, full blood work, liver tests, urine analysis should be done at first. Colonoscopy and (if no findings in all this tests) upper GI endoscopy should be performed.
Heart ECG and blow test seems also necessary.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
