Brief Answer:
Herpes simplex
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is herpes simplex and not zoster.
This is very common and is recurrent.
Apply ointment acyclovir three times a day for 5 days.
It usually happens due to reactivation of virus when body is under stress.
Try to maintain a healthy stress free lifestyle.
Take meals at same time. Sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours.
Before appearance of these fluid filled lesions you must be feeling little itchy.
Start applying acyclovir at that time itself. This will prevent appearance of blisters.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
