Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern. Pain due to prolonged sitting in the legs is due to a nerve strain reffered to schiatica, some ways to prevent this is lower back stretching excercises, weight reduction and avoid sitting on same position for long duration. To relieve the pain you can take tablet such as myoril 8mg and I would recommend neurobion forte tablet once per day for 3 months for vitamin b12 related deficiencies.

Regards.
